• Strong site Finishing Work Experience
• Abel to do Quantity take-off and Details BQ measurement on Actual Work
• To check expenditure and monitor budget.
• A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain and update the document records with reference to the respective projects
• Able to supervise and instruct to contractors on site when requies to do

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in (Civil)
• At least 5 years and above working experience in Finishing Works/ Interior Decoration
• MS Office – Words and Excel is a must in Myanmar and English Language
