• Able to do Site Survey.
• Prepare design drawing , take off BOQ and prepare estimate quotation.
• Coordinate with supplier for price list and comparison of cost.
• Understanding job specification , scope of work , condition and related issues.
• Prepare conceptual drawings , shop drawings , combined service drawings , detail design drawings , final as-built drawings and hydraulic calculation.
• Work with site team to update project BOQ and final drawings for Structure,Electrical and mechanical design.
• Prepare detailed drawing for project on time with Auto CAD software.
• Make the BOM to provide the tender and client inquiries in time.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, based on sketches, specifications.

Requirements

• BE Civil /BE Mechanical /BE Electrical
• Proficient in Auto CAD 2D and 3D
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and Advance Excel.
