Automotive & ShowroomsRole Summary:The Senior IT Technician is responsible for maintaining high-level infrastructure availability across all sites, managing complex technical issues, leading small-scale IT projects (e.g., office moves, new showroom tech), and mentoring junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:


Infrastructure Management: Provide 3rd line support for server infrastructure, virtual machines, network security, support junior team daily issue and perform data backups.

Team Leadership: Lead helpdesk operations, triage tickets, and mentor junior technicians.Project Management: Lead IT infrastructure projects for showroom upgrades, new branch setups, or security system rollouts.

System Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for network diagrams, IT processes, and user procedures.Other necessary tasks assigned by the IT Manager.Requirements:5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Azure/M365.In-depth knowledge of networking (Firewalls, VLANs, VPNs).
