- Learn, test, and configure software systems, customizing them to meet business requirements.
- Identify issues or inefficiencies and work closely with vendors or internal development teams to resolve them.
- Assist in deploying, integrating, and maintaining new systems within the existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system adoption and effective user engagement.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Create user guides, documentation, and training materials for system use (If Necessary)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with low-code/no-code development tools (e.g., Odoo Studio, or similar) is an advantage.
- Expert at least one programming language such as Python, HTML, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of API testing and integration using tools like Postman or equivalent.
- Experience in software testing, implementation, and system support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
