2. Maintain and keep systematically all documents of the administrative department and company database including hard and soft copies files.
3. Purchase office supplies that are stationery, furniture and other office materials.
4. Arrange and prepare the meeting room for internal person through checking and placing it according to format.
5. Conduct to complete payment processes that are included under the administrative expense categories according to expense issuing procedure.
6. Entry expense data of the administrative department and assist in preparing of budget and expense report.
7. Maintain and keep office assets through handling with coding lists and give out to staff by getting signature records.
8. Conduct to complete the payment process of office billing that are electric bill, water bill, phone bill, internet bill and other monthly bills to ensure completion on time.
9. Ensure to complete the license and tax process that include office car, YCDC and other company license processes.
10. Ensure to complete printing services that are business card, name card, uniform, sticker and other items as needed and give out to staff.
