Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance and identify variances.
- Prepare cost analysis and profitability reports for management decision-making.
- Monitor operating expenses and recommend cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and review tax filings, withholding tax, commercial tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ACCA, LCCI Level III, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Trading, Real Estate, or F&B industries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software (MYOB, SAP etc.) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Able to work at Ahlone Township.
