We’re looking for an experienced BMS Hardware Developer to design and develop Battery Management Systems for Li-ion and LiFePO₄ batteries—from schematic and PCB design to testing and production.

Requirements:


2–5+ years of hands-on BMS hardware development experience
Strong knowledge of battery systems, high-current circuits, and BMS protection
Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or equivalent
Experience with CAN, RS485, UART, and hardware troubleshooting
