Description

-Develop and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and strategies.
-Lead recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, training, and succession planning.
-Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
-Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, compensation, and benefits administration.
-Manage plant administration, including facilities, security, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor services.
-Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
-Prepare HR reports, budgets, and workforce analytics for management review.
-Partner with plant leadership to support operational and business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 5–8 years of HR & Administration experience.
-At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative management.
-Experience in employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
