• Ensure quality control at all stages of production, from raw materials to packaging.
• Supervise the production of seasonings and flavor packets, maintaining consistent taste and safety standards.
• Manage laboratory operations, including microbiological testing and equipment calibration.
• Enforce food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO) and prepare for audits.
• R&D: Collaborate with R&D teams to test and develop new flavors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications.
• Experience with laboratory testing methods, microbiological analysis, and sensory evaluation.
• Able to work Zaykabar Industrial Park (Mingalardone Tsp)
