Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Manage promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and brand collaborations.
- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to grow engagement.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, online ads, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with management to align sales and marketing objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team to deliver results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, digital marketing tools, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
