We are looking for a Tech & QC Manager to oversee production quality and technical processes as we expand our operations in Myanmar. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure the factory strictly follows production processes (cutting, stitching, stock fitting, assembling) as set by KSGB technical standards.

Lead the commercialization process to ensure models are production-ready on time, meeting both quality and delivery expectations.

Enforce and clarify SOPs related to product quality and labeling; work closely with KSGB management if further alignment is needed.

Provide support in product development and lab testing.

Requirements:

Strong background in footwear manufacturing (technical and quality control)
Experience working with international brands and production teams
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – required
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Yangon, Myanmar
