Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Network skill Layer 2 Switching, Layer 3 routing and firewall
- Server skill Linux, VPN, SSH, HA ,365 administration ,
- Experience in IT device inventory control and documentation and Procurement
Requirements
- At least 3 year experience in IT field
- Skill background - Hardware ,network, Server and User support
- Other Skill - Customer Oriented & willing to working ovetime and site visit frequently
