We're Hiring: Production Manager (Electronics Engineer – Production & Assembly) | Dubai, UAE

Alebel Tech is looking for a Production Manager to support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality control of electronic products and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise PCB assembly and electronic product manufacturing
Support SMT and through-hole assembly processes
Verify component placement, soldering quality, and assembly standards
Integrate hardware and firmware into complete products
Support bring-up of new PCB designs and debug hardware-software issues
Develop production test firmware and automated test procedures
Support firmware flashing and programming during manufacturing
Investigate field failures and implement corrective actions
Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
3-4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production (fresh graduates may be
considered for Junior positions)
Understanding of PCB assembly, soldering, power electronics, and microcontroller-based
systems
C/C++ and STM32 development knowledge
Familiarity with power supplies, DC-DC converters, RF and LoRa products preferred
