We're Hiring: QC Manager / Test Engineer | Dubai, UAE
Alebel Tech is looking for a QC Manager / Test Engineer to perform final inspection and functional testing on assembled electronic and embedded products across our product lines, including robotics, wearables, and tracking/safety devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct final functional testing on assembled units per product-specific checklists (wireless/RF, sensor accuracy, audio, power/battery, motor/actuator response)
Verify firmware version and configuration before sign-off
Log test results and maintain QC traceability records
Identify and flag defective units for rework
Escalate recurring defects to the Production Manager and engineering teams
Support root-cause investigation on failed units
Maintain and update test procedures as new products are introduced


Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
Working knowledge of embedded electronics testing (multimeter, bench tools,
oscilloscope basics)
Up to 3+ years in electronics/embedded product QC or testing
Exposure to IoT, robotics, or wearable device testing is a plus
